This website is operated by Nelco Industries, a steel furniture manufacturer based at Thodupuzha, Kerala. Using the site means you accept these terms.

The site exists so you can see what we make and supply, and get in touch. It is a catalogue and a showroom, not a shop. You cannot place an order, pay, or enter into a contract through it.

This is the important one. Everything shown here describes the kind of thing we make or supply, not a specific item held in stock:

• Photographs are representative. Colours, finishes, fittings and proportions vary between units and between batches, and no screen reproduces a finish accurately. Do not select a colour or a finish from a photograph on this site.
• Sizes and specifications are typical. Where a size is shown it is a common size, not a guarantee. Items are available in different sizes and specifications as applicable.
• Availability is not implied. Listing an item here does not mean it is in stock or currently in production.
• There are no prices on this site. Any price is given to you directly, in a quotation.

We try to keep the catalogue accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any item without notice.

An enquiry sent through this site is a request for information. It does not create an order and does not oblige either of us to anything.

A binding agreement begins only when we have given you a written quotation, you have accepted it, and we have confirmed the order. Specifications, finishes, sizes, lead times, delivery and payment are fixed at that point — in the quotation, not on this page. Where a quotation and this website disagree, the quotation governs.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, and remain subject to material availability at the time of order.

Items made to your own measurements or specification are produced against what you approve before manufacture begins. Please check dimensions and specification carefully at that stage, because a bespoke item cannot be restocked or resold.

You agree not to use this website to:

• copy, republish or redistribute its content for commercial use without our permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its normal operation;
• use automated means to extract its contents in bulk, other than ordinary indexing by search engines.

The text, layout, design and photographs on this site belong to Nelco Industries or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may view, download and print pages for your own use in considering a purchase from us. Any other use needs our written permission.

Where this site links or embeds content from elsewhere — including the Google Map on the About and Contact pages — we do not control those services and are not responsible for them. Their own terms apply.

We provide this website as it is. We do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption, or that it will be free of errors, and we may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on information published on it, other than where a binding quotation or order applies. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Goods we supply carry whatever rights you have under applicable consumer and sale-of-goods law. These terms do not reduce them.

How information is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: this website collects nothing, sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Thodupuzha, Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date shown at the top.
