Nothing you type into this website is sent to us by the website. There is no server receiving form submissions, no database storing them, and no analytics watching what you look at.

When you contact us, you do so through your own phone, your own WhatsApp account or your own email — and you keep a copy of what you sent.

The enquiry form on the Contact page does not submit anywhere. When you press send, your browser assembles what you typed into a message and opens it in WhatsApp or in your email programme, with you as the sender.

This means the information travels under the terms of whichever service you chose to send it with, and it reaches us the same way any other message from you would. We receive your name, phone number and whatever you chose to tell us about your requirement, because you sent it to us.

We use those details to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and arrange supply or delivery. We do not sell them, rent them, or pass them to anyone who is not involved in fulfilling your enquiry.

This website sets no cookies. It does not use Google Analytics or any other analytics product, it does not carry advertising or remarketing tags, and it does not build a profile of you or track you across other websites.

Because of this there is no cookie banner and nothing for you to consent to or opt out of.

Two things on this site are served by Google. Loading them means your browser contacts Google directly, and Google will see your IP address and basic request information, as it would for any website using these services:

• Google Fonts — the typefaces used throughout the site are loaded from Google’s font servers.
• Google Maps — the map showing our location on the About and Contact pages is an embedded Google Map.

Google’s handling of that information is governed by Google’s own privacy policy, not by this one. We do not receive anything from either service.

Like any website, this one is served by a hosting provider whose servers keep standard technical logs — typically IP address, time of request and page requested. These are ordinary server records kept for security and reliability. They are not used to identify you and we do not analyse them.

Because the website stores nothing, there is nothing on it to delete. Enquiries you send us by WhatsApp, email or phone are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and to keep proper records of work supplied.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it. Contact us using the details below.

This site is aimed at people buying furniture for homes, businesses and institutions. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date at the top. If the site itself ever starts collecting information — an online order, a payment, a mailing list — this policy will be rewritten before that goes live, not afterwards.
